Because we have one for sale.

Yes, our much beloved 2006 Audi A3 3.2 Quattro is on the market. I’ve included the link to the rather wordy Craigslist ad, but in brief the A3 is in great shape, has Audi dealer maintenance history, a relatively new rear diff, and it’s ***RARE***.

There’s a couple blemishes here and there but the A3 drives like an absolute dream. I’m very much going to miss this car and am devastated that it’s soon to be gone.

The car is located 20 minutes from downtown Raleigh, NC and 35 minutes from RDU airport in the suburb of Apex. We’re asking $8,500 for it but anything reasonable will be considered.

Shopped hard for an A3 ,  but finding a clean 3.2 with low miles, good shape, and not black interior was a tall task.

It’s an absolute blast. Handles better than a WRX and has insane down low torque. Sure, it’s not like Demon fast or anything but it’s rather quick and will for sure hold it’s own.

There’s this guy 0n Bainbridge that has a white/tan A3 VR6, identical to ours, and it’s stunning. Then again, Bainbridge is...weird.

A family friend used to have a VR6 TT and it changed my view of that car forever . It was one of the funnest rides I’ve ever had at (almost) residential speeds.

Oh for sure, you can have so much fun at under 45 MPH with these things and I love that. Helps that the VR6 sounds so good. In my opinion, it’s up there with the S54 and VQ35 when it comes to mid-2000's N/A V6 engine noise. Jealous the TT was a manual, though.
